I'm arriving later and may be out late in the evenings.
The reception is open 24 hours a day.  Please let us know in advance if you'll be arriving after 6pm.

When is check-in time?
The earliest check-in time is 3pm.  Earlier check-in is only possible depending on the availability of the room.

When is check-out?
Check-out is at 11am in the morning.

When is breakfast offered?
Daily between 7am and 10am.

My train/plane doesn't leave until later in the day or in the evening.  May I leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out?
We would be happy to take charge of your luggage during the day - we have a special luggage room for this.

If I use this website to ask about a room, does that mean that I will receive that room?
Your inquiry will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive an e-mail to let you know whether the room is available or not.  Until you confirm a reservation, your inquiry remains non-binding for both you and the hotel.
